Since the new tariffs came in to effect, every single order to America has been plagued with issues.  Despite my art being deemed tariff free, some customers have had random charges applied and some have had huge handling fees billed to them. More worryingly, almost every order has faced WEEKS of delays, gone missing completely (with no shipper or shipping insurance willing to pay my losses), or deliveries arrived damaged beyond use.  None of these things happened prior to August 2025.  I've taken the heart breaking decision to suspend trade with the USA, until the shipping/tariff debacle finds some resolution.  I am so sorry.  I miss you.
