SUSPENSION OF USA ORDERS

I need to let you know about an important change to my services.

Due to the recent tariff and customs changes, international shipping to the US has become increasingly unpredictable. Over the last few months, your orders have been repeatedly delayed, misrouted, lost, badly damaged, or held at customs — often for reasons outside anyone’s control.

In the 10+ years previously, I could count on one hand, the number of 'hiccups' that occurred with any shipments. Now, it's almost every one that has experienced really frustrating and disappointing issues.

Because I care so very, very, deeply about the quality and reliability of my service, I’ve made the difficult decision to pause all shipping to the USA, indefinitely. I don’t want to take orders that may arrive damaged, delayed, or incur unexpected fees on your end.
This isn’t a reflection on our relationship — I have genuinely appreciated every order and all interest you’ve shown my wee business. I’m simply unable to guarantee the service you deserve under the current import conditions.

I will be closing USA orders on 31st December.

If import rules stabilise in the future, I’ll be happy to revisit this.
