Starting 2025 with a flashback!

Hellloooooo!

2025 is as far from 1980, as 1935 was. Is that not weird to think!?  

I was due back at my desk yesterday afternoon, but a customer enquiry on the 1st, had my brain whirring. Could I do a poodle? Yes, I could, I can, and I have. I can remember designing two, quite different poodles. I could find pics of one, from 2015 - TEN YEARS AGO!

But, despite checking an old laptop, I couldn’t find any trace of the other one, which I think I only ever folded once.

The problem with having been designing and folding for over a decade, is that many of my older photos look like they were taken with a potato. So many terrific books have never been posted online, or added to my website 🙈 Which is why I particularly enjoy getting requests for something I have already folded, in the mists of time, so I can update everything!

So I returned to my desk a few hours before my diary told me, pulled my old design notes, and brought this show cut poodle to booky life 🙌 🐩
