International Women's Day

Many fierce and determined women have fought for my right to sit here, at my own desk, running my own business, in a home owned solely by myself (and the bank haha).  And another fierce and determined woman posted this image on Twitter this morning, in honour of International Women's Day - my Mum!

Thanks to my parents, I was brought up in absolutely no doubt that I. Am. Equal.  I am neither above nor beneath anyone else, regardless of gender, race, education or background.

You, too, are never less.
