Chunky "Fit Like?" : : How are you? : : Scottish, North East, Aberdonian, Doric

"Fit Like?" asked in big, chunky, two lined letters.

Fit Like?  Is a common greeting around the north east of Scotland, particularly in the Aberdeenshire area.

It literally translates to "what like?", asked as a question, and really means "How are you?"  or "what's doing?" or "are you fine?" - a casual but warm greeting.  The opening would usually go along the lines of:
"Aye aye"
"Fit like?"
"nay bad"
"Hoo's yersel'"
